Teaser Tuesday! March 27, 2012

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)

My teaser:

The sleek black Audi rolled to a stop on the parking lot overlooking the cemetery, but none of the three men inside had any intention of paying respects to the dead.  The hours burned past midnight, and the grounds were officially closed.

      I thought the first book was pretty good, and I’m liking this third one so far. The second one had me pretty frustrated though, like I wanted to slap the main character.

    I really liked this book though I read it forever ago and I can’t remember when this scene takes place. But I do know they were up to no good.
