Weekly Workouts – February 24 to March 2

I had a pretty off middle of this month, but I feel like things got better the last week of February. I started it off reasonably strong and finished well, so given the stuff I was wrapped up in, I’m glad it went as well as it did.
I had high hopes for the end of the month, I had taken the previous week off and I really felt reenergized by doing so. I started the week out strong, and then I injured myself walking on some secret ice. I didn’t actually fall, but I wobbled a bunch and threw my lower back out for a couple of days. So I spent the rest of the week doing stretches and upper body strength training, because it hurt so bad I could barely walk the day after it happened. Luckily, it was *mostly* better by the weekend.

I’m sorry your hurt yourself, but love that you still did stretches and strength training! I know how you felt, I’ve been having problems with my knee. Luckily it’s better today.

Glad your back is doing better. I find now that I’m more fit, things like that tend to heal faster (or maybe it’s that they don’t get hurt as badly in the first place).
