I totally paused!

I realized earlier this week that I have managed to make it so I will be watching enough weekly TV shows that I’ll have at least one new show for each night of the week.  Some of them fall on the same day, like Smallville and Dollhouse are both on Friday, but I still have seven separate shows slated.  Because I know you’re wondering, I figured I’d enlighten everyone.

New shows:
Community
The Vampire Diaries
Bored to Death

I am also considering watching Mercy, although hospital dramas have never really appealed to me.  I won’t lie, part of the appeal is the link to Buffy, even though I was never a fan of Michelle Trachtenberg or her character on the show.  And honestly, it seems like there were other things that were new, but I can’t think of them at the moment.

Also, there is a new RW/RR Challenge starting September 30!  It’s called The Ruins and is going to have a pretty fun cast…looks like we’ve finally got Darrell back, Kenny, Johnny Bananas, Evan, and sadly Wes.  There are some other dudes but they aren’t noteworthy for me.  For the girls we get most notably Veronica, who I believe we last saw on The Inferno II (or maybe 1, it’s been a long time), Tonya, Ev, and Katie.  I am really interested to see the interaction between Katie and Veronica, since they were fighting last time!

The format is Champions (semi-chronicled above) versus The Challengers, made up of people who haven’t won big money on a show before.  Of them, the only guys I can name are Dunbar, Adam, and Brad.  The girls on the Challengers side don’t even have their own cast photo, but it looks like Diem and Casey are among them.
