Sometimes shows seem to have little continuity, or you have no idea how much time had passed from the previous episode to the new one.  This one picks up pretty closely to where the last one left off, with a big hearing thingie for Veronica about throwing the cinder block through Dr. Harris’ window.  Yaaaaaaaaaaaay for consistency!

We also met my very most favorite patient so far, sleep walker Trevor.  See, Trevor falls asleep, naked, and then starts wandering around, acting out his dreams.  So he is dreaming about being an Olympic diver and jumps off a building.  He’s super embarrassed about Sonia seeing his junk, mentions it several times.  He had a lot of funny lines, is totally sarcastic, and I loved it.  I wish that Trevor was a regular on this show.  In fact, maybe they could replace Chloe with him?  Joke…

Speaking of Chloe, she meets Veronica’s brother at their house warming party, and he’s a firefighter so he invites her to go for a ride along, where you get to ride with the fire crew.  I was confused for awhile, thinking “Did they get a new actor for Veronica’s brother?  Weird.”  Then it is revealed later that she has more than one…which, duh, I’m just silly in the head.  They could have put both her brothers together so you got the idea more easily!

Before Chloe goes on the ride along, Sonia tells her “You should put your boobs away”, apparently firemen are all hot for teacher nurse or something.

Dr. Sands also confronts Veronica about her and Mike maybe going to have a baby, even though he is not thrilled about it.  He says something along the lines of baby turns him from guy waiting for her in the wings to home wrecker dude.  Buuuut…Chloe accidentally tells Veronica’s brother about the affair she had with Dr. Sands in Iraq, so the previews for the next episode look pretty interesting.  As in maybe this baby thing isn’t happening after all.

It half looks like Veronica is going to get moved to a different floor because of the cinder block thing, but then Dr. Harris’ wife is rushed in and ends up dying.  Since Veronica goes and comforts him, my guess is she’s going to be fine, but maybe get a warning or something.  And because this show manages to be consistent, I am looking forward to the next episode.
