The lesbians Ray was donating his sperm to have vanished! So Ray hires Johnathan to help him track them down. Although I am relatively certain that Johnathan is not getting paid at all.
Johnathan is apparently really good at picking locks, which is weird to me because we’ve never seen him do this before so how the hell did he become accomplished at it? Also it turns out that the lesbians were actually selling Ray’s sperm to other lesbian couples, rather than using it for themselves as he originally thought. And Ray is mostly sterile.
As a side note, Johnathan runs into Suzanne again. I don’t fully understand how in a city as big as New York, these two people continue to run into each other. Or why, if Suzanne wants to get over Johnathan, she doesn’t move to another area of the city. That’s probably what I would do, but maybe I’m the only person in the world who has no desire to see their ex around the city.
Samantha Bee from The Daily Show makes a guest appearance, and she’s funny, telling Johnathan and Ray to find her on Facebook.
There is also not as much of George in this episode, although he does write an editorial for his magazine about the husband of his second ex-wife. And the episode ends with George and Johnathan going to get into boxing matches with Oliver Platt and John Hodgeman. Which will hopefully be entertaining, but I am relieved that there is just one episode left.
